My instructor Johnrey was amazing! It was my first time ever surfing or doing anything similar. He was very patient and I felt very safe the whole time! I can not recommend freestyle kitesurfing school enough, they are all so friendly, helpful and welcoming!

After working on kiting at another site I can't count how many things I appreciated here. The conditions of boracay are ideal for learning, level warm water and a lot of bay to work with. They put a walkie on the helmet for constant communication. Within the first 20 minutes I was off and running independently.

I had an incredible experience at the Kiteschool. From the very first lesson, the instructors were professional, patient, and truly passionate about kitesurfing. They tailored the lessons to my skill level, ensuring I felt safe and confident on the water. The equipment was top-notch, and the teaching methods made learning both effective and fun. The spot itself is perfect—steady winds, beautiful scenery, and plenty of space to practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your skills, this is the place to be! I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back.

Amazing experience with this school! Starting from zero, I was able to learn so much in 3 days! My instructor Toto was very fun and informative. He was patient with me when I made mistakes and gave great feedback so I could improve. The whole team went above and beyond. It felt like a family. I always appreciate supporting locally owned businesses and Freestyle had both a Filipino owner and Filipino instructors. The owner Ken was always checking in and was fun to watch on the water. Great team all around full of encouragement. I will definitely come back some day for not only the surf but for the friends!

I did a course in Croatia 10 years ago, but this was a much greater experience! Such friendly staff and incredible instructor. They even provide walkie-talkies (attached to my helmet) to ensure clear instructions and provide safety. Learning curve was through the roof! I am a certified dive instructor and from a teaching perspective and in terms of safety, they did an incredible job. I highly recommend Ken and the kite centre.

We have been going to Freestyle Academy in Boracay, Philippines for 4x now and it has always been a blast. The entire team is very passionate about kitesurfing and their joy in kiting is very infectious. They do their best to carefully explain the basics, techniques and proper form so you can enjoy the learning experience. They are very patient in answering all questions on how to improve your riding. On top of that, everyone is so lovely and friendly. I highly recommend Freestyle Academy and we will definitely be back for more kiting.

I had an incredible experience taking kite surfing lessons at Freestyle Academy in Boracay with Ron as my instructor. From start to finish, the entire course was exceptionally well-structured and tailored to my skill level. Will come back for sure to further improve!

Perfect place! Well experienced and patient instructor pushing you to reach next level. Progressed so much in just a couple of days, from learning to ride upwind to trying my first jumps. Highly reccommended!

3 great sessions, 5 hours in total in blue turquoise waters in Boracay - the result - amazing feeling being able to learn quickly, stand up and ride :) awesome teacher, great equipment, enormous satisfaction.

Ron my Kite teacher was the best teacher i have ever had. His explanations were clear and he always saw my problems and tried to focus on that. Everything was safe at any time. The kite spot is also perfect for beginners and advanced riders. Everybody was really nice, especially Toto and Ron.
