Philippe Dartnell

Philipp is a very experienced instructor who demonstrated deep technical knowledge and very effective teaching methods. He was able to recognize the student's flaws and point them out in the spot, always offering the best correction alternative and ways to improve moving forward. Around the training work, he made the environment very friendly and interesting, sharing not only his experience but also his cultural background and his overall kindness. Thanks a lot for an amazing time!

Goa has always been very close to my heart. I love the ambience, food, the party energy, the people. But this time around I wanted something different from the regular goa experience. I feel really fortunate as the trip has turned out to be one of the most memorable Goa experiences for me. I have successfully completed my L1 kite surfing course with Phillipe. He has been a very patient yet persistent trainer. Flying the kite has been an inexpressible joy, it can only be experienced!

Phillipe is extremely patient and passionate towards teaching the sport. He is one of the best in the country and you will know why once you start learning with him. He is articulate, supportive and has all the methods to teach you no matter what kind of a learner you are. Super happy!

Good season, beach with a lot of space, beautiful waters all played a role in having a great week with Philippe who is a great teacher: patient, comforting, encouraging, structured in his approach. I highly recommend him.

Id like to thank my stars, that i had the opportunity to learn with such a beautiful, enigmatic and passionate human like Mr. Phillipe Dartnell, for him to give us his time and care! I have attempted the discovery session with another instructor elsewhere and i was quick to realise the instructor was emotionally NOT in the best place to teach. Phillipe Dartnell gave me confidence as he had me master the basics and safety and did not mind me asking countless questions. He is so highly respected by the locals and local kite community that that truely has helped me gain the confidence everytime I go out kiting. Being taught by him has felt like i have a star of excellence on my shoulder. The best extreme sports teacher and mentor ive ever had. The humour he intertwined with hard precise instructions or corrections was what enabled me to ensure own our own safety, being mindful of what i doing yet understanding the importance of what hes teaching us and allowing us time to understand and remember the instructions and most all having a good laughing and enjoying the sport! I have been very lucky to find him for learning kite surfing in India. The course has been very good and he nailed all the details i need to be trained for, not just for kite surfing but also addressing all the fears i had that was preventing me for this. He helped me overcome myself in all aspects and made it really easy for me to go out fully confident. I learned all aspects of managing kite in different wind conditions as well as on land and in water. He helped me learn about balancing myself when I failed first in water and also helped me practice the same with the techniques i needed to learn. He was always taking care of my safety and was there when needed. Overall he helped me learn it very professionally and in a friendly manner. I will surely go again to him for completing my course to master kite surfing and surely recommend whoever is looking to learn it.

An absolutely fabulous experience, thanks (in no small part) to Phillipe's patience, good humour and perseverance. Despite not the best wind conditions, we were able to learn the basics of flying a kite with instructions on how to improve these skills before Level 2.

I had the chance to learn kitesurfing with Philippe and I am grateful for all the help and support he provided. He ensures to teach in conditions that are 100% safe and gives tailored advice to each student to ensure they progress at their own pace. I feel that I have very solid foundations thanks to him!

The teaching of the instructor soo good, he was such nice to us if we make mistakes he just tell at that movement itself. He cleared all our doughts. The safety facilities was good , and the wind condition was so nice, It was a good course

Learning KS with Philippe was a fantastic experience. It takes no time to see how passionate he is about the sport and the limitless advice and experiences he has to share. I received a detailed level of attention while training, from important overall safety tips to the minute positioning of my hands on the bar.
