Marios is an amazing coach. He always gave me a safe and secure feeling during the lessons. His way of teaching showed his immense experience and his love for the sport which was truly inspiring. Lessons where always heaps of fun and his storys showed a lot about him as a person aswell - what a kind and good kiter he is! I had a great time on the kitesurfing course with Marios. He has great knowledge and makes sure that the student understands what they are doing and really can make progress. I appreciated very much that he had focus on the safety aspects, which is very important. I got some really great advice and he helped me to fix my technique and a lot more. Marios is very passionate about kitesurfing and to help students to improve themselves and learn to kite.

From the first moment Marios made me feel at ease with what to expect, what the plan was for each of the levels and we hope to achieve. The theory was well delivered, very informative and at a level that was easy to understand. Moving to the practical skills Marios delivery was exceptional. The standard of equipment was current and gave me a kite which was easy to control being a beginner. He adapted his approach to the practical learning to help me understand about the wind conditions, direction and how to control the kite. Marios was very supportive in all aspects of the course, giving reassurance if needed and coaching points to keep in mind when performing manoeuvres. I cant recommend Marios and Surf in Crete enough. 1st class teaching, equipment and knowledge.

I contacted Marios spontanously and he answered promptly to my request. He introduced me and my fellow colleague the basics of kitesurfing straight after talking on the phone and had my practice in the following days while I was staying in Creta. I recommend Marios to anyone concerned about safety as this is his main focus on the training. As professional pilot and safety officer I am impressed about his approach on what he is doing, his professional attitude and care for his trainees. I would use his services again for any other training

Marios was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Very patient. He immediately knew exactly what areas needed more work and knew exactly how to make me as comfortable as possible. Marios is a very good teacher, paying attention to the detail. He drives you through everything step by step and he is really willing to make a difference and to make sure that you’ve understood everything.
