Kitesurf Instructor Wanted – Lombok, Indonesia 

We’re looking for an experienced IKO Kitesurf Instructor to join our team for the 2026 season (May 1st – September 30th) at our newly opened kite center in Lombok, Indonesia — The Island’s Only IKO-Certified School 🏄‍♂️

Requirements:

Experienced IKO/IWO Instructor

Fluent in English & French & German is a plus 

Manual driving license

Able to work independently and bring good vibes

About the Spot:

Our kite center is located in Ekas Bay, Lombok, right in front of a variety of surf breaks that work year-round with different wind directions.

The kite spot is just a 10–15 minutes drive away, set in a stunning turquoise bay with side-onshore winds. The bay is protected by an outer reef, offering easy, flat-water teaching conditions inside and perfect wave-riding conditions outside the reef all under warm tropical weather

Wind conditions:

Our season runs from May 1st to September 30th, with an average of 18 knots daily. June, July, and August are our peak months, averaging 20+ knots. We mostly teach with 8m, 10m, and 12m kites, with our largest kite being 14m.
