After 18 years, it was time to pick up kiteboarding again! I took some lessons at KBC Tarifa. Franky is easy to approach, is honest and only with the right wind conditions the lessons are given and charged. Brendan gave me the feeling and confidence again with the kite and the board. Back on the water after a few sessions! Riding upwind and doing transitions! Mega thanks to both of you!

As old Windsurfer and new kitesurfer I was very impressed by Tarifa and the the KBC scool. I am very happy that I did my leasons with them. It was a large step forward and I am sure it was not my last visit in Tarifa. Keep going

KCT completely exceeded all my expectations. My first KB experience was a 5 day course in Cabaretta, DR fifteen years ago. I decided to give it another go and I couldn’t have chosen a better coach and team. Augustine was a wonderful teacher, considerate and patient and made me feel safe throughout. Frankie, the manager was an exceptionally pleasant human being who made me look forward to meet the team every day. He is very organised and focused. Best school in Tarifa!

I took a 3-day course. On the first day, we spent 1.5 hours to learn how to control the kite on the beach (next to Isla de las Palomas, with off-shore levante 20+ knots), and then moved to la Duna de Valdevaqueros (25 knots, side-shore) to learn how to bodydrag with and without the board. My learning pace was fast, so on day-2 (Rio Jate, small waves, poniente 12+ knots) we rigged a much larger kite and tried to bring the board on waterstart position. The kite was less responsive than the one I used on day-1, so I came back to the beach to improve my kite control, and then go back to the water to bodydrag. My instructor's tips were helpful this 2nd time. On day-3 (Rio Jate, breaking waves, poniente 20 knots), I pursued the exercise of placing the board in the position of waterstart, but the waves were growing stronger and pushed the board away. So I got back to the beach and learned how to use the kite during the waterstart. When everything was under control, we worked on the priority rules with other kites, the safety distances and kite positioning when crossing another kite, how to use the kite as floating-sailing device when something goes wrong. The instructor explanations were clear and adapted to everyone. I am looking forward to my next lesson, and hopefully will waterstart.

Everything is said in the title! That school allows people to learn all required steps to become a real good Kiter. From theory to practice, all steps are teach with professionalism and safety. All teachers have a lot of experience and are really cool in staying PRO. Really serious. Réginald

Had a great time! The Instructor, Chandra, was very professional and supportive. He helped me to correct my mistakes and gave me plenty of practical tips. I recommend Bull Kitesurf Centre to everyone interested in taking up kitesurfing . GO BULL!!!
