Tribe Watersports

C’était mon meilleur cours de kite et mon meilleur instructeur. Il ne manquait aucune informations, toute les théories était dites au bon moment et la sécurité au top. Ivan est fun et bien dans le mood du kite il a le sens de l’humour et est posé mais garde son serieu quand il faut. Je le recommande vivement!! Vous aurez les meilleures bases de kite.

Tribe Watersports is a wonderful kitesurfing school. I learned so much. Ellie and Ben were so helpful and they just wanted us to have a good time. The instructors are all really friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful time with tribe Watersports and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn kitesurfing.

Avevo già fatto altre lezioni ma grazie alla professionalità di Matteo sono riuscito molto più velocemente a capire certe dinamiche sentendomi sempre in sicurezza e grazie alla sua guida anche via radio che avevo nel casco, se passate da watamu chiedete di Matteo, grandissimo!!! Grazie di tutto!

Jan was my teacher and he was very friendly and good in teaching how to kite and also how to use all the kite equipment! He explained everything very well and I could see my porgess. Would highly recommend Jan as a techer!

The classes started on time, the instructor was very friendly, encouraging me every step of the way. The instructions will always begin on the shore, followed by a demonstration by him while I observe then finally it was my turn, I had signed up for the course as a burthday gift, and I'm pleased to say they exceeded my expecations

Neilon was a great instructor, very professional and talented kite surfer. He was an excellent teacher explained everything in great detail which allowed me to understand everything he was explaining which allowed me to pick up the techniques quickly! I hope to learn more from him again one day!

This was my second year kiting at Tribe, and I had an amazing time. Matteo is a fantastic teacher, super patient and kind but also pushes you to learn. His passion is contagious, and it’s really fun to kite with someone who loves the sport so much. Highly recommend Tribe and Matteo to anyone who wants to improve their skills at any level!

Tribe kite school was incredible. The equipment all felt very new and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and have me the confidence I needed. I learnt so much with Neilon, he got me riding independent! As an instructor he gave great instructions, good opportunities to learn, I always felt safe, and most importantly the confidence that I was ready to go independent! Thanks so much Tribe and Neilon.

I had a great time in Watamu. It was my second time there and I hope to be back again sometime. Actually it was my first kite spot, but I can hardly think of a better place to start kiting. Constantly windy (in the afternoon), sunny, the Indian ocean has the temperature of a bathtub and shallow water is on high tide perfect for beginners. Communication with Tribe Watersports School was super easy via WhatsApp. There were several ways to pay in different currencies, so I did not need to worry about that. Thanks to Jan, I did a pretty good progress during my individual classes. Ready for more… :)

Neilon is a super professional and passionate instructor always adapting perfectly to his students and their personal needs. He stays calm and patient in every situation and shares his joy for this sport with everyone. He always leaves his students with a smile. :)
