We’re hiring a full-time Russian-speaking Kitesurfing Instructor for the upcoming season in Boracay.

 

Requirements:

  • Certified instructor (IKO) with teaching experience
  • Native/fluent Russian + good English
  • Full-time availability from December 2025
  • Commission-based pay
