Padi was extremely safe with me and my friends who also learned with him. He was patient and I feel confident in the water and understand the safety aspects as well as how to ride well, turn and stay upwind. I love kitesurfing and it’s given me. A sense of confidence and fun.

Having done lessons with Surf Connect I have always felt comfortable, safe and at ease knowing that they have my safety and well being as a high priority. I have continued to learn from the instructors on a regular basis and have found that the school and the instructors are a wealth of knowledge.

Padi was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Very technical with his teaching. Made my progression extremely easy, especially with the radio helmet. I’ll recommend Padi to anyone wishing to learn.

I had an amazing experience with surf connect!! They take safety very seriously and learn you to kite at one of the safest places I know off . With warm and shallow water it is a dream to learn kiting at sandgate beach. Even when you kite on your own after you had lessons the instructions will keep an eye on you and help you out when needed or give you advice. There is a very nice ambiance between the kiters and Padi the head instructor organises team building experiences on a regular basis. (BBQ, kite camping, dinner, etc). I can recommend Surfconnect to everyone!! Thank you Padi for this wonderful experience.

Surfconnect is the best kiteschool you can imagine!!!!!!! The place is so safe with shallow warm water and a daily summer breeze of constantly 15-20 kts . Perfect condition for learning. The instructors are really professionals. And always safety first! They learn you the basics and when you kite afterwards on your own they will always assist you. The Surf Connect Kiteschool is a very well organized kite school. They focus on getting the students on the kite without risking their safety. Most lessons are 1:1 so that the students get the best support they need, Unfortunately the spot does not leave much space for launching and therefore the killzone cannot always be guaranted to be secure.

Visiting Brisbane with my daughter this week, found this place through a google search. Very thankful we went there. Pady runs it very professionally, on time, and very easy to work with. I needed to get IKO certified before I rented gear, and the experience was very good. I got certified, and was kiting on my own in a short period of time. My daughter received a 2 hour lesson, and she did very well, and is now on her way to kiting on her own. I recommend this team, and will certainly return when back in the area. I would also like to note this area is excellent for learning, and riding. Very warm water, and shallow! Thank you Pady and team for a great day!

Professionally run course with a strong emphasis on safety and the development of competence of the instructors. Padi takes a very systematic but practical approach to delivering a high quality course experience for the participants.
