Klaas Smit

I was informed the day before my lesson day that their would not be any wind so the lesson was canceled. I was glad that they informed me in time so that I could plan something else that day. My second try was succesful. Very enthousiastic and helpful crew. The instructors knew each other well and gave each other pointers when they saw something during their lesson. Within their own group, we were with 3 students and 1 instructor. The focus was on safety and having fun. The level of experience was different (my first lesson, but had experience with a 4 line powerkite) but the lessons was adjusted great so that I made great progression! The equipment was great too (Naish) and I hope in the near future to get some more lessons when the wind allows me too!

From any type of course I've followed in the past (from funny emergency response classes to deadly boring snowboard lessons - strange eh?), the ones where there's a good balance between serious and humor are the best. Information sticks better to the brain and the experience overall is obviously good. I've never ever flown any type of kite, so it's an amazing experience to already get from small, to medium to the big ones in a with the good explanation given to fully understand what's happening. Many kudo's and thanks to Klaas! P.s. the 4 star facilities is only due to the cold shower, but that's me being spoiled ;p

Yesterday I had the pleasure of enjoying the perfect weather condition for a starting Kite Fanatic. Loved every minute of the lesson, and enjoyed it to the max!

heel goede ervaren instructeur, behulpzaam, duidelijke uitleg en super locatie. echt een aanrader.

Klaas is a good instructor. He has a lot of patience and is also very enthusiastic! He really learnt me how to kitesurf and have fun at the same time.
