Bart Miller was very good in teaching and very clear. I have enjoyed the course and benefited a lot. Bart was very accommodating and the material was very well explained. It is a great experience and I do recommend it. The site was very conducive to learn and Examiner Bart Miller is extremely detailed in the course and the practical exercises were very helpful.

Clarification: I say "Good" to question 2.2 because I think a color paper (and bound) copy on the manual would be "Best" when received shortly after registration so we can study before the class. That is an opportunity for IKO improvement. Many of the students did not fully read the manual before the class and that would help (at least bring the horse to water). Also a paper copy is easier for me and those like me to notate, bookmark, etc... This would raise the overall quality of the course. I printed my own. Thanks for listening. Possibly more than 7 hours of teaching. Teaching real students and Bart's delivery of the material were the best parts of this great course. Our Examiner (Bart Miller) was outstanding. His vast knowledge, ability to correct us when required and energetic style of delivery, created a powerful learning experience. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Bart was amazing.. the course was open and friendly, he's super approachable and clearly cares about everyone getting to their personal goals. He did a fabulous job finding the best way for each of us to learn and achieve what we were aiming for. Great experience!

I enjoyed my experience strengthening my knowledge of kiteboarding. Our instructor Bart created a relaxed and engaging atmosphere to practice and learn. I would recommended Bart at So. Cal Kiteboarding to anyone interested in learning the IKO program. I’m looking forward to implementing the new skills I’ve acquired.

Bart and his crew got me and my son hooked at Kitesurfing. Very competent and patient teacher - highly recommended! Belmont Shore at Long Beach is a great place to learn and SoCal Kitesurfing is the best school there.

Bart and his school are the place to learn kitesurfing. He is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. At the same time fun and friendly. The school is professionally managed and organized has great equipment for teaching! Loved it ! Thanks Bart and crew!

Greatly enjoyed my three days riding at Belmont Shore / Long Beach. I did observed rentals with Bart, he was great at watching and picking up where my skill level was. I am grateful for that and being able to chat about where I was and what I needed to do next. I felt trusted from right from the beginning, knowing that there's always things to learn and get better at. It was refreshing to be trusted and not automatically assumed I don't know anything. It was great to chat and learn from him. Thank you! I know I'll be back one day, hopefully with my own gear, but if not would rent or get a next level lesson, as I know I can always improve and learn something new.

doing the ATC and ITC with bart was such an awesome experience!! he always helped me out when i needed and was i patient and i learned so much from him learned a lot about handling things at ease, wich is a skill i believe every kite instructor needs!! so stoked and lucky to have had him as my examiner!! all the best to you bart!

Bart was a very resourceful and knowledgeable examiner. He knew how to keep the group's attentiveness at its highest making the course both fun and interesting. The best combination for a great learning experience.

Bart was a very good instructor. His knowledge base and experience was a great resource throughout the class.
