We took 8 lessons at naxos kitesurf life school with petros who was excellent teacher. First lessons were piloting, safety. Than we learned how to do the power stroke before going to the water with body dragging excercise. After that we did waterstart which took us quite a long time about 4 lessons. Petros was very calm and motivating at each phase so it was fun to learn. We came as complete beginners and we left with new passion that we can share together. And for that we are very thankful.

I really enjoyed this training course! The instructor was experienced and good at explaining, in less than 6 hours I was already riding the board in the water (I was a total beginner). I would totally recommend it to anyone!

Kitelifenaxos is simply the best kite school you can find on Naxos to learn kite surfing! Petros is not only the best kite surfer on the island but also an excellent teacher, who loves his sport and wants you to get into it as fast and good as possible. Other than the other schools he does not waste any time with theory but will get you on the water as fast as possible and will adjust his lessons to your learning curve instead of keeping strictly to the book, no matter how fast you advance. He also makes you feel confident handling the kites even on stronger winds and going into the water, which was impressive to see also on all the other students (especially good for girls, who are often more suspicious in the beginning). The only downside is probably that he declines to give you more lessons once he considers you independent enough to be on your own, however he will still watch you when you are on your own and provide you with tips. During my stay in Mikri Vigla, I became a fully independent kite surfer in just a couple of days and achieved much more than I expected initially. Best of all is that you get this at the most competitive pricing compared to the other schools. Since he is also a very social guy, most of the students stayed on the spot when their lesson was over, which made it a very nice and social environment, in which I not only learned kitesurfing but also found new friends at the same time. I highly recommend kitelifenaxos in case you plan to learn kite surfing on Naxos!

Petros is a fantastic teacher - He is very careful and makes students feel extremely safe, and is also very motivating and great knowledge about the sport, the wind etc and he really loves the sport. I would definitely recommend learning to kite with Petros to anyone, and we'll definitely be back with our family and friends so that they can learn how to kite with him.

I had kiting lessons with petros for the second time. He is very helpful, very understanding and very experienced. He can guide you and spot all the little things that you may be doing wrong and help you get better. He wants for the student to be independent as fast as possible in the safest way and doesn't waste your time. I recommend him 100% !!

I was recomended Pedros from Naxos Kite Life by the locals. And it was a great choice. Compare to other schools in Mikri Vigla, he was interested in teaching me the sport and not only making money with me (which I observed on the beach at the other schools). We quickly became friends, he introduced me to other local kiters and invited me and my family to his home. A great Greek & kiting experience!

I have had so far 3 different teachers (also IKO certified) and Petros from Kite Life School was from far the best. Petris can explain very well, make you feel safe and confident and most important do everything so that you can learn this great sport very fast.
