Now Hiring: Booking Manager for South Florida Kiteboarding

South Florida Kiteboarding is looking for a Booking Manager to help coordinate our day-to-day operations and student scheduling. This is a key position that keeps our school running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls,texts, emails- and respond to any customer inquiries
• Organize and maintain the lesson schedule
• Coordinate with instructors to prepare sessions
• Monitor wind conditions daily and schedule sessions accordingly
• Contact students in case of cancellations or rescheduling
• Work closely with the owner to ensure smooth operations
• Use spreadsheets to track schedules, payments, and instructor availability

Requirements: 

• Must have a valid Green Card and be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Very responsible, dependable, and highly organized
• Comfortable waking up early to assess wind forecasts and contact students if needed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Basic to intermediate spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Background in management, sales, or bookkeeping
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Miami-based, Spanish-speaking clients are common)
