KiteLab team and especially Janek Malinowski are truly dedicated to this beautifull activity.Well prepared and eqiupped school,always helpfull. Good methodology preparation of the instructor is the key.Wide range of excercises and changing the gear when needed during the class.Always keeping an eye on the student.Always patient and encouraging. It was a challenge for me because I am not a teenager anymore but I've got skills and confidence.

Jan was my teacher and he was very friendly and good in teaching how to kite and also how to use all the kite equipment! He explained everything very well and I could see my porgess. Would highly recommend Jan as a techer!

I had a great time in Watamu. It was my second time there and I hope to be back again sometime. Actually it was my first kite spot, but I can hardly think of a better place to start kiting. Constantly windy (in the afternoon), sunny, the Indian ocean has the temperature of a bathtub and shallow water is on high tide perfect for beginners. Communication with Tribe Watersports School was super easy via WhatsApp. There were several ways to pay in different currencies, so I did not need to worry about that. Thanks to Jan, I did a pretty good progress during my individual classes. Ready for more… :)

janek was excellent and the school very good too. the water was a little crowded at times, but that can not be controlled by the school. even so it can be daunting for beginners with so many surfers on the water.

The course was amazing! I learned about the equipment, how to control the kite and how to ride it. Jan was so good after 3.5 hours I managed to do my first run and he corrected me for every move I made. Then, after every hour I felt so much progress, cant wait for my next session :)

Did my course at Kitelab, in Sicily. Great experience. Janek is a great instructor, very attentive, have great instinctive tips on technique/posture, got me carving upwind and confident navigating confidently around other Kitesurfers in no time! 😊
