Alaa Hanafy Mahmoud

Alaa is a really great instructor. I found him to have exceptional patience and always kept calm even after I crashed the kite on many occasions. His praise and encouragement throughout the course was first class. Instructions were clear and additional tips were also given. I never felt held back during the course and always progressed to the next step at the right time. Overall it was a very positive and enjoyable course.

Alaa did a fantastic job in teaching me my next kiteboarding steps. With his vast kite experience and deep knowledge it was very easy to follow his guidance. With his patience and motivational speech I was able to do progress safely and even did my first basic jumps! I would recommend Alaa very much to any Kite surfer of any level.

Before I had nothing to do with kiting. Therefore for me an the teacher it was a start from zero. With patientce and allways one eye on security the teacher get me able to control the kite and get on the board. I was very lucky ! I also enyoyed the kite-spot in the middle of the sea, where you can go only with the boot !!!

I've been at BigDayz in Soma Bay already for the third time and I will come back again. Everytime I learned new tricks with different trainers (big hugs to Dario and Jamal) and enjoyed my stays because if the professional and although familiar staff and the perfect surfing conditions. 5 stars recommendation!!!
