Jan teaches very clearly and emphasizes protocols that keep students safe. He gives great feedback in and out of the water and is always willing to answer questions. KTS is a great school in Tarifa and I recommend to anyone

After a two-year hiatus from kitesurfing, I had reservations about my abilities. I took private lessons from KTS, specifically with Jan, and I have to say that my experience couldn't have been better. Jan helped me regain confidence in my abilities and he also helped me feel calm and confident without feeling pressured. I reached the level I set for myself and I can only thank KTS and Jan for being excellent teachers.

I selected KTS based on reviews and location. Having done so, I couldn't have been happier. Being a slow learner, I opted for private lessons. I found my instructors and shop personnel friendly, encouraging and accommodating. While I had hoped to get a little further in terms of riding, I accept this was my shortcoming rather than theirs. In short, highly recommneded!

I had a really great Time! I wanted to learn kiting since forever and Jan was the perfect teacher! It was a really nice vibe outside the Session, and I learned a lot and jan was always understanding and I could trust him fully. I got to riding both sides in 3 days and felt good and secure in the water at all times. I got a good understanding of managing the kite, control and being safe in the water. Will definitely come back for a refresh session! See ya :)

KTS is an amazing kite school in Tarifa. They are experts about the area and always get you out riding whenever it is possible. Safety is always top of mind and the equipment is great. Yan is a fantastic instructor and teaches all levels of people with great enthusiasm and fun!

First time kiting in Tarifa, it felt much more technical than any previous experience. Jan and KTS were extremely attentive, helpful and flexible to help me get out the most out of my sessions and stay in Tarifa. I learned a lot more than I expected and gained much more autonomy in the process. Thank you guys!

Amazing teacher, was really listening to me and adapting to the way I was progressing and feeling, and super super motivating. Very good value, very inexpensive compared to other kite school in the area. I highly recommend!

All you need in one place! Great people, amazing place and school with great equipment just by the beach. Instructors are calm and let you the time to learn ;) also, I already bought my equipment since the school has great options for purchase

I stayed in Tarifa for two weeks to have kitesurf lessons. I went to the KTS shop and the owner was very friendly. They told me about the weather conditions and what day it was best to have lessons. They reached out to me every time the weather conditions were good enough to have lessons. Also when you made other plans you could also cancel so you have some flexibility. When at the beach I met my instructor and he was also very friendly. The instructor was very capable and gives everyone the right amount of attention. After three days I learnt a lot and if I ever go back to Tarifa, KTS is the first place where I would go.

Already in my first lesson of kitesurfing I learned a lot of things and it was very fun! I always felt safe during the lessons. The school drove me to the beach and everyone was really nice and very interested that I can spend the most possible hours kitesurfing. When I come back to Tarifa I will take again classes in this kite school and maybe it's even possible to take class by Jan.
