Giulio Alborghetti

I had a great time learning from Giulio and the whole KTS team. Two weeks in Tarifa with all sorts of different conditions wasn't easy for me nor for them but they managed it really well, gave me lifts to the spots and always had the right attitude. I learned a lot about the spot and on how to judge the conditions, all while Giulio was super chill, gave positive vibes and made me feel safe even in the craziest conditions. 10/10 would recommend.

I started with Giulio for a week in Tarifa as a complete beginner. I loved Giulio’s training style which is professional, smart, supportive and super fun! We had a great time together by the end of the wk I was sad to leave! Giulio taught me how to control the kite - not just in the water but importantly how to walk and control it on the shore around other people. By the end of the week I felt natural with the kite and was able to get it up if it was down in the water. I was able to get up on the board and did my first run which was so awesome. It is hard for beginners, but I never felt frustrated or unsupported with the KTS team - they were awesome. I would recommend at least 3-4x lessons for beginners and I can’t wait to be back on the board with Giulio and KTS

I spent 3 weeks in Tarifa and went kiting nearly everyday. It was incredible! All the teachers are really kind and ready to help if you need something while you’re assembling your kite or need any advice while you’re practicing. An other nice thing is that they took me to the beach everyday, which is ~5 min away by car, because I don’t have any car to get there. I mean that’s a sign they’re attentive and ready to help! I think KTS is a very good school with friendly, funny and good trained teachers and I would recommend to everyone to take some lessons there!

Had very good Kite experience with KTS Tarifa during 3 weeks in Jul/Aug 2021. With Giulio’s highly motivating engagement, teaching and technical skills , I achieved my goals (Level 3L) in nearly half the time, and learned even more than planned (3N) 😎. I’LL BE BACK !!!

My experience with Giulio at KTS was about 100x better than my last kiting instructor. He was encouraging, patient, kind, and extraordinarily helpful. I cannot wait to go back to tarifa to take more lessons.

I took 4 days of lessons here at KTS and had a really great time! I had started off with very little experience, and Giulio helped me progress really quickly! He made sure I felt comfortable, even in the strong Tarifa winds, and got me riding by choosing a few tips at a time for me to focus on. I really appreciated KTS as well, giving me honest advice when on one day the wind would have been too strong. Thank you KTS and Giulio, and see you soon!

In private lessons our son learnt to control the kite better and got a confidence boost, a total joy to see! His first hours at KTS were with a different instructor (also very friendly and capable), with whom the communication (in English) wasn't easy for our son. We requested another instructor who we met in the shop. All was done to make sure our son had the best time and progress and it clicked more naturally with this other instructor. We recommend and would go to KTS again, when in Tarifa!

KTS was very helpful and flexible kite school to organise my private lessons in Tarifa. I really appreciate their willingess to provide me a tailor made course due to my previous snow kiting experience. Giulio was a very good instructor and I really like his teaching methods. He gave me lots of great tips and help me to progress smoothly through the course on my own pace. Highly recommend. I will be back with them.
