Eoletto Kite Center is located in the city of Riohacha, in the most northern region of Colombia, one of the few places around the world where the wind blows almost all year round. Our school offers private and professional kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons to riders of all levels whether beginners, intermediate or advanced, equipment rentals and kite trips around Colombia's caribbean coast.
