Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructor – Kos GREECE

We’re looking for experienced IKO Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructors to join our team for the season 2026 (May 1st –October 31th) at our Centers — in Kos (Mastihari and Alikes) Greece.

What we offer:

Seasonal full-time position

Accommodation included +( 2 meals/day in a 5 star Hotel)

Commission-based salary

Requirements:

Experienced IKO/IWO Instructor

Fluent in German/English

Manual driving license

Able to work independently and bring good vibes

About the Spot:

Our Kite Center is located in Mastichari,Kos right next to the Hotel Horizon Beach Resort, second spot at Alikes

Wind conditions:

Our season runs from May 1st to October 31st, with an average of 15knots daily.July, and August are our peak months, averages 18 knots. We mostly teach with 9m, and 12m kites, with our largest kite being 15m.
