It was my first time ever kitesurfing and I absolutely loved it! The supervision is individual so the instructor can give hints and help in tricky situations. There are two different surf spots which will be chosen depending on the wind and the experience of the riders. The lagoon is a good spot to learn since you can stand in the water and there is no risk of going far out into the ocean. With the individual supervision you learn new things step by step and make progress based on your own level really quickly. The atmosphere is very good and the team is really nice and helpful! Absolutely recommend to go kitesurfing here!

We got really nice days in Mayapo. Jyostin did a really good Job. I didn’t really have much experience in Kite surfing but learned so much in the three days. Martin and his crew was amazing, they did everything in and arround the water for us ☺️ would recommend any time. Great experience in a great spot.

Quiero felicitar publicamente a Kite Addict (Mayapo) y a mi instructor Jyostin por su impecable labor y buena energía. Aprender a hacer kite con ellos fue de las mejores deciones que he tomado en mi vida. Absolutamente se lo recomiendo a todos - de hecho ya varios amigos han ido y todos regresan con mi mismo asombro.

Después de haberlo probado todo y casi desistir del deporte. En kite addiction encontré lo que me hacías falta. Ahora navego con mucha confianza y con la esperanza de seguir adelante con el deporte. Gracias kite addiction Jystin, Martin y el equipo de Mayapo. You guys are the best.

I can't say enough good things about KiteAddict Colombia. As a solo female traveler, I was nervous about going to Colombia alone, but as soon as I landed at the airport, Martin was waiting for me and my nervousness disappeared instantaneously. For the entire duration of my stay in Mayapo, I truly felt like everyone at the school treated me like I was part of their family and I always felt safe and looked out for. It was definitely heartbreaking to have to leave such a wonderful place and wonderful people. Jyostin was an excellent instructor and is extremely good at teaching exercises to make you a better kitesurfer each time you get in the water. Highly recommend both the school and Jyostin as an instructor!!!!!
