Acabo de completar mi certificación de kite surf en el Camp Kite San Carlos (20-22 de febrero de 2026) y no podría estar más satisfecho con la experiencia. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo perfectamente organizado para garantizar el aprendizaje y la diversión. El equipo y material es de primera calidad: abundante, en excelente estado y completamente adecuado para practicar sin ningún inconveniente. La seguridad es una prioridad evidente en cada detalle, lo que da mucha confianza, especialmente para quienes se inician en el deporte. El instructor Rodrigo Islas — excepcional. Su profesionalismo, paciencia y atención personalizada hacen una diferencia enorme. Claramente sabe lo que hace y logra transmitirlo de manera efectiva. Con el, aprendes porque definitivamente aprendes. El Kite Club San Carlos es el lugar ideal para practicar este deporte: instalaciones impecables, muy limpias, con todo lo necesario de la A a la Z, y un ambiente amigable y acogedor que hace que quieras quedarte más tiempo. En cuanto al Camp Kite San Carlos, fue una experiencia completa en todos los sentidos: aprendizaje real y efectivo, amenidades de calidad, actividades complementarias y recreación excelente. Un paquete perfecto para quien quiera iniciarse o mejorar en el kite surf. Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente. ¡Nos vemos en el agua! 🪁🌊

I had just turned 65 and retired from my day job. Since I now had time to do so I decided to try one of my life long ambitions which was kiteboarding. I went and visited Rodrigo at the kite club in San Carlos Mexico. Rodrigo outlined his program, and shortly after we started the process of taking lessons. Through the process Rodrigo was very patient, encouraging, and thorough. I am sure due to my age I was not his easiest student, not once did he lose his patience or get frustrated. He also was very good at keeping me motivated by telling me the things I did well. I learned on Core kites which were all almost new, there facility was always clean and neat and all of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I would Highly recommend there service to anyone who is interested in kiteboarding.

El lugar, la ubicacion, las instalaciones de la escuela de kite exelente; ademas de que cuentan con un buen equipo muy nuevo y en exelentes condiciones. Un muy buen lugar para aprender a kitear. Y su personal muy amable

I had a great time, the instructor and team were super friendly and great teachers, the instructor was super patient and he obviously knows very well what he's doing. Would 100% recommend. They made the whole experience safe and fun.

My instructor Rodrigo was an exceptional teacher. He was focused on the safety and the fundamentals. He would explain, demonstrate and have me learn with a careful eye on my performance. He would ask why something happened and would make me think what went right or what I needed to improve. He would challenge me and would encourage me but always with safety in mind. His course progression really made sense and allowed me to progress. I love going there for his classes. I would highly recommend Rodrigo to everyone. He is the best. The facility in San Carlos is clean, modern, open air and lovely on the beach. The beach gets dragged too so there are no rocks and no trash. The staff in the club is exceptional as well. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. The equipment I used was in great shape and modern. We had a recent carne asada night and got to meet more kite boarders from Mexico, Canada and the USA. Great location, equipment and staff. Finally the wind in San Carlos in this location blows frequently and the wind blow hard - muy fuerte!

I took 3 lessons with Rodrigo and had a great time! He is an excellent teacher and is very kind and patient. His attention to safety is very much appreciated. I look forward and to taking more lessons from him in the future.

I had the best time learning kiteboarding with Rodrigo. He made everything super easy to learn. I can’t wait to come back in the summer and take more lessons! Rodrigo sparked my love for kiteboarding and it’s something I’m going to continue to learn.

I was so nervous to try something new but Rodrigo did an amazing job at going step by step, making sure I properly understood the movements. He was super encouraging and made my experience learning to kite so much fun! Every lesson had me more and more excited! I can’t wait to continue with my training and get really good! I had such a positive experience with Rodrigo teaching me the kite. I would definitely recommend him and the facility. I cannot wait to go back!!

Una Gran experiencial al encontrar un Instructor muy Asertivo y con alto grado de Empatía ya que diseño un curso de acuerdo a mis necesidades y estaba atento a mi particular forma de aprender y corregir mi Técnica e informarme de las áreas en Kitesurfing que son de mi mayor interés y como aumentar mi experiencia personal..

Every time, every lesson and every tip my IKO instructor was super professional, í will keep pushing to become better and better
