Kitefun International is a club that offers a great opportunity to learn kite handling, safety topics and theory of kite surfing in a very profound way. The instructors are extremely commited and there is an active and comradely club life.

I enjoy the kitesurfing but I wouldn't recommand this school for non german speaking. The instructor could clearly not deal with two languages explanation although he could express himself very well in both language... He also was not very patient with the student and wouldn't allowed to practise for mysterious raison. The school was also not very transparent regarding the number of people per group. We were 5 person instead of maximum of 4 as mentionned and only 2 kite. Because we had to form two groups we lost a lot of time waiting for the instructors to come and tell us what to do next. So it was like we actually practise 1h per day instead of 3h. A bit disappointed as the school would not listen to our recommandation.

The Kitefun Group in general and Karim as a teacher have all been amazing. His instructions were clear, so we made progress really fast. All courses ended with all of us gathering for a drink. Even in a group course setting on the 3rd day, Karim always had an eye on me and shouted some tips if he saw me doing something wrong. This way I was able to try lots of water starts by myself, while still feeling secure that I'd get help any time I need it. Thank you so much!!

Mit Eselsgeduld wurde trotz meiner Halsstarrigkeit unterrichtet. Zum Thema Sicherheit ist mit den Instructoren nicht zu spaßen. Equipment ist super, die Stimmung im Kurs wars auch. Klasse Truppe, gehobenes Alter (meins) ist kein Hindernis. Und habe nebenbei die Niederlande als neues Urlaubsziel entdeckt. Jetzt sind Sprünge dran (und zwar die hohen)!

Theorie und erste Flugstunden an Land hatten in Karlsruhe stattgefunden. Der Kurs auf Wasser war teils in Holland und Ägypten. Trainer sind sehr flexibel, Kitefun kann ich nur empfehlen. Da es sich um einen Verein handelt, hat man als Mitglied super Konditionen bei diversen Händlern und Herstellern.

Ich habe mich sehr intensiv und professionell betreut gefühlt und hatte den Eindruck dass die Instructoren in höchstem Maß fachkompetent sind. "Safety first" ist stets das oberste Gebot gewesen, das Material ist durchweg funkelnagelneu, Geduld und stets freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft verdienen die Note "sehr gut" Auch retrospektiv sehe ich im Vergleich zu anderen erst heute, wie intensiv mir die wichtigen Leitlinien in Theorie und Praxis vermittelt wurden. Nach dieser Ausbildung macht Kiten nicht nur Spass sondern wird zur Leidenschaft. Ich kann jedem Interessenten wärmstens empfehlen, die Kite-Karriere hier zu starten. Beide Daumen hoch, weiter so KiteFun Team !
