Clássico Beach Club Kite school está localizada em dois pontos da praia da Barra da Tijuca, no Rio de Janeiro. Nos quiosques 9 do Posto 2, na Praia do Pepê e no quiosque 45 do Posto 7. Além do espaço o Clássico Beach Club oferece uma área destinada a esportes diversos como Stand up Paddle Board, Surf, Beach Training. Venha aproveitar o melhor da vida conosco. Com ondas perfeitas em uma orla de aproximadamente 20 km de extensão o que nos oferece a oportunidade de desfrutar de um downwind de 5 km entre um quiosque e outro. Classico Beach Club Kite school is located at Barra da Tijuca Beach, Rio de Janeiro. At the kiosks #9 at "Posto 2" (Pepê Beach) and kiosk #45 at "Posto 7". The Clássico Beach Club offer a awesome chill area, dedicated to various sports such as Stand up Paddle Board, Surf, Beach Training. With perfect waves in all coast of approximately 20km in length, we offer an downwinder(5Km) from one kiosk to the other. Come the enjoy the best of the life with us.

At Clássico, I had the pleasure of being a student of primarily Diego but also of Duco. They both had a very well organized, straight forward, and honest way of teaching. Easy to communicate with, and using modern equipment. I feel I made great progress for every lesson I took, all thanks to the guidance of Diego and Duco. Highly recommended place, and with stunningly beautiful scenery at the Barra da Tijuca beach.

Deviam ser mais criteriosos com quem pode se candidatar a um ITC, e abrir mão da obrigatoriedade de ser feito num centro IKO. Acho que tendo um examinador IKO responsável tanto faz o local, visto que o centro IKO do RJ os ventos são raros. No mais, é bastante valioso o curso .

I will make it much harder when (and if) I become examiner; yet, Joseph explained me that the worldwide community for candidates is not in an educationally high level, so we cannot expect too much from them. Still, I believe the ITC can demand more from the candidates to be certified - technically and theoretically. The kite practice itself, since learned to be taught safely, is good enough for any employer/kitecenter, as good teaching requires a lot of practice, so everyone eager enought can get to be a fair instructor. But I believe that to be an IKO instructor means more than just teaching how to ride, but to become a lifetime mentor and a reference to his students, and to do so it's needed to have solid knowledge and the ability to pass it on. To make a fair comparison, IKO instructors must be like Jedis, not a padawan that still must be better to be considered ready, as they also see trainers/examiners and above like Jedi elders.

I had my first kite lesson ever. What an amazing expirience! Bento and his team tought me a lot in a short time. Totally professional and helpful. The equipment was in very good condition. We could avoid the high waves with a boat and spend a lot of time in the more quiet water. There were some theory books to read at the beach, next time i should maybe try to get a personal one. When in Rio, i would definitely go there again!

I have 11 years as kite isntructor, but the experience on AITC - Plus certainly will push me up to the next level wished by me. The AITC - Plus were too much compoimissed about safety of sudent and development of tecnical of teaching progressive. good organization, good motivation of the coach, good relationship between all during the classes, good place to be trained as assistant instructor.

I’m an individual with no experience with skateboarding or surfing. In addition, I had prior back surgery. Due to the supportive mechanics in equipment, gear and water, allowed me to take a kite course. My fears were overpowered by confidence and joy. My instructors. are incredible with technical and more importantly, having patience and positive affirmations.
