Structured intro with focus on safety. Very individually based on how fast you progress through the different skills in the session. Even got to do a lot of tries with the board at the end. Carlo did a great job teaching and going through the different steps and skills, giving advise and making small adjustments. He had me feeling more confident towards the end.

I booked a full beginners course with Kitesurf Sweden and the experience was fantastic. The school gave all the flexibility in booking the sessions, and the trainings happened only when the conditions were good. Carlo was my instructor, and was amazing during the course, the instructions were clear and he covered all the foundations to make sure I was ready.

Carlo est un excellent enseignant, très à l’écoute, détectant très bien les erreurs et en apportant immédiatement leur explication pour avancer. La sécurité et son obsession et il la valorise très bien pour que l’on y soit bien sensibilisé. Il laisse suffisamment d’autonomie aussi, ce que aide à vite percevoir la reactivite du kite pour apprendre vite. C’est un enseignant remarquable que je vais si possible essayer de retrouver sur les autres spots où il sera !

I recently had the most amazing kite surfing adventure in Kampot, Cambodia, thanks to my incredible instructor and the amazing location in Kampot. Carlos was not only highly experienced in instructing but also extremely passionate about kite surfing. Over 9 hours, he patiently guided me through every step of the learning process, ensuring that I felt confident and safe at all times. By the end of our sessions, I had achieved a level 2 kite surfing certification, which is a testament to his outstanding instruction. I now feel confident and excited to continue my kite surfing journey. Carlos will not only teach you the skills you need to succeed but also make your experience unforgettable. Carlos teaching methods were top-notch. He started with the basics, carefully explaining the safety procedures and how to handle the equipment properly. As we progressed, he demonstrated excellent techniques for water launching and provided detailed feedback on my performance. Carlos was always pushing me to do more be brave and safe in the water at the same time. What stood out was Carlos' ability to adapt his teaching style to my individual needs. Whether I was struggling with a particular skill or needed extra practice, he was always there to offer encouragement and support. Kampot, Cambodia, is truly the best for beginners. One of the standout features of kite surfing in Kampot is the shallow water. It provides a sense of security, especially for beginners like me. Knowing that the water is not overly deep gives you the confidence to focus on learning and enjoying the sport without the constant worry of being in deep, unpredictable waters. It's truly a beginners dream and a private slice of paradise. If you're looking for a kite surfing instructor or a spot, 10/10 I would highly recommend Carlos and Kampot kitesurfing school. Both are truly one of a kind.
