The teaching and course was excellent. I like how safety was always emphasized. I definitely wanted to continue onto courses the following days but I stomped on a stingray towards the end of the introductory course! Giving my foot a rest right now, hope to be back soon.

These are the most laid back guys ever. It's extremely helpful since they are able to calmly and effectively communicate how to handle a situation. This is helpful for learners because stressed out teachers cause students to freak out resulting in a poor experience and potentially dangerous.

Bart Miller and his Instructors clearly place safety above all else. My wife and I have now spent many hours with them and can't emphasize enough how that has supported our confidence and desire to now make this sport our own! We absolutely love this sport for the reason that we closely understand all the elements from the beach instruction to the water instruction and how important it is to master the kite handling portion on the beach in preparation for the water activity. Bart continues to point out the little things that really are big issues that we will encounter in the water that we can prepare for on the beach. His personal guidance in selecting the brand of kite and gear we purchased was very detailed! We purchased our gear through Bart and we can't say how happy we are on the pricing and support we have received from him! I spent a considerable amount of time researching different schools and their instruction methods and I'm so happy my decision to go with Bart and his Instructors paid out as planned!! Highly Recommend them!!!

Although the staff was very friendly, both of the times I attended my lessons we started late. The fist lesson was more verbal than hands on. Not only did we start late but we ended early so in actually my 3 hour lesson was more like 2.5 hours. On my second '3' hour lesson, half hour before the second hour I was told it would only be a 2 hour because I was getting a private lesson. Hence... I did not pay nor request a private lesson. Although I was supposed to go on the water and yes I understand 'weather 'conditions' but I never got to go in the water and unless I pay for a third lesson, would I 'maybe' get to go in the water. Again I wasn't advice if this. I also didn't get a rain check for another time in the water. $350 dollars plus a tip... not so sure about that.

Bart runs a great school in a great location. He was great to work with. He hocked us up with Tomic, our instructor. Tomic is a wonderful and patient instructor. It is for that reason that I am so sorry I kicked him in the goods while learning to body drag. If you are considering learning to kiteboard, do yourselves a favor. TAKE LESSONS!!! I am an accomplished windsurfer and sailor, and all I did was flounder for a while. It is a completely different skill set and requires instruction to be safe. Looking forward to Tomic's release from the hospital so that I can continue with my lessons. Thanks Bart and Tomic!

Great folks. I Think I could have progressed faster. Very expensive.
