Windriders at Limone sul Garda has a very friendly and professional team. Good equipment, good boats for lessons and lifts, and there is good wind almost every day of the year. The team emphasizes safety and teaches progressively so that the student builds confidence and very quickly begins to have fun. And that’s why we go kiteboarding, right? I highly recommend Windriders at Limone sul Garda whether a beginner, a certified kite boarder who wants to learn new techniques, or a confirmed rider who just needs a lift service out to the best wind spot. And Windriders always knows where that best spot is.

I had a really good time with the team, and specifically Paolo & Adam who did all the lessons for my father and myself. They were very knowledgeable, always in good humour, attentive, and made us feel very safe in their hands. We how to return next year.

There are a few things that are essential to learn kiteboarding: Equipment, wind and a good instructor. - Equipment / Facilities (at Wind Riders): With a variety of Core kites, the right size for the current wind conditions was always available. The heavily used wetsuits in size M could be renewed though. Some of the radio helmets didn't work properly. Fortunately, Adam has a strong voice, so on a day when I had a helmet that didn't work, it wasn't much of a problem. The next few days we always took a backup helmet with us. At the small cottage on the pebble beach in Limone you can also buy cold or hot drinks and relax in the sun before or after the session. There is a possibility to use toilets and hot showers of the neighbouring hotel or campsites and there is a public toilet nearby on the beach. - Wind (Lago di Garda): The wind conditions are great at Lake Garda; stable and very reliable. During my 7 days stay there was wind every day. The morning wind (Pelér, north wind) was always stronger than the afternoon wind (Ora, south wind) so I decided to go for the morning sessions. - Instructors (Adam & Oscar) Most important in learning kiteboarding are the instructors though. In my opinion a kite school is defined by its instructors. On the water I was mostly taught by Adam but also had a my very first session with Oscar (Hernandez). Within only 5 days they succeeded in teaching me how to ride upwind so that I was even able to go for a 6th session as an independent rider already. I felt super safe and excellent coached at all times! I was also taught a lot after the sessions like how to properly handle a kite on land and how to dry, check and pack a kite for the next use. Also all about the safety features of the kite and how to rescue myself with the help of a kite whenever necessary. Thank you Adam and Oscar, you guys really made the most of the time. I learned a lot and had super fun with you guys. See you again soon!

That‘s the most amazing shit I‘ve ever experienced - With my teacher from WindRiders I developed so fast, it was unbeleavable. I learned how to jump!! This feeling is so great! Not even naked girls at the beach are better. Love this Instructor, and this sport! Thank u for teaching me how to enjoy the life on the water with my kite!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Kite School Windriders in Limone Sul Garda. Adam is an amazing teacher, but also the other teachers and the rest of the staff were super friendly and experienced. All of the equipment was completely new or very well maintained. The teaching is done over radio helmets, which is very convenient and I felt safe at any point during my time on the water. I can only recommend!

Very professional kite school. They have up-to-date material and are ready for any kind of weather/temperatures. The course was well-structured and included theory lessions. They also use radio helmets to communicate with the students - very helpful! Adam was a great instructor. He adapted quickly to our learning personalities, was relaxed and very helpful. We felt safe and learned a lot. On our third lesson we were already able to "surf" a few meters! We will definitely be back!

I had a really great time! It was my very first time and I was surprised that I could already ride the first meters on the board on the third day. The instructor did a great job and quickly recognized where my strengths and weaknesses were, I always felt in good hands. The material was in top condition and it had enough of everything. Also the atmosphere in the school is really good and the theory lessons were detailed and comprehensible.

I am very pleased to have had Adam as my teacher. He was very friendly and always very patient, he has a very calming and motivating manner. There was not 1 negative word, although you make a lot of mistakes at the beginning! This is how a kite course is fun! I can only recommend him! A really great person !!

Basicly, of course, the local conditions, the weather, the equipment as wells as your own motivation and concentration must be right. But a good and fast learning success depends not insignificantly on a good, clam and patient trainer.

At the beginning i was a little scared about kiteboarding but everything was really good and I can do everything by myself right now. Adam was very patient and friendly even when i was bad. Thats how lessons should look like. If u don't know how to start, just contact with him
