Kitesurfing Instructor Season 2026 – Naxos, Greece

We are looking for an experienced Kitesurfing Instructor to join our school at Plaka Beach, Naxos (Greece) for the season.

About the School

Lessons are radio-assisted

Teaching is done from a boat

Professional, safety-focused environment

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience (boat-based teaching is preferred)

Fluent English (mandatory)

Second language is a plus: French, Italian, or German

European passport (mandatory for hiring)

Valid power boat license (big plus)

Wingfoil teaching experience (plus)

What We Offer

Salary paid per hour

3 meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Full-time preferred, part-time also possible

Work at one of the top kitesurfing destinations in the Cyclades
