A small, family-run Kite & Wingfoil center in Safaga/Soma Bay, away from mass tourism, is looking for a committed long-term Center Manager (season-independent). A profit-share model or becoming a co-owner / owner is desirable.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German or French and additionally English 
• Strong skills in administrative work
• Completed VDWS Kite and/or Wing Instructor certification
• Proven leadership experience and excellent multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing
• Willingness to commit to a long-term position

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily reception and administrative tasks
• Organization of daily lesson schedules & time management
• Social Media management: coordinating a Social Media Volunteer (during high season), strategic planning, and content implementation across different platforms
• Handling the complete booking process: preparing offers – confirming bookings – managing payments
• Overseeing the development of our new website with an external partner
• Cooperation with travel agencies, hotels, and other partners
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Ensuring the smooth administrative organization of the school
• Welcoming and looking after our guests – including at least one shared dinner per week
• Some teaching, if required

• Fixed salary: €700/month, with the opportunity to increase up to €1,000 through additional teaching (Kite/Wing) or profit share

Start Date:

• Ideally November 1, 2025 (with the option to take time off in Dec & Jan and fully start from Feb 2026)
• 1-month handover and onboarding period in November
