The best kite surf instructor in the Florida area! Very easy to learn from him. Dale is very knowledgeable and understands what you need to know to get riding. He has the only kite boarding school in the Tampa Bay Area with iko certified instructors.

SAK (Instructor Dale McCann) was able to get myself and my son so much further along than we expected when started. Before the end of the first five hours (same day) we were reliably kiting upwind and making transition turns! All the while receiving personal, specific and appropriate instruction for the both us, so we could focus and progress. The next day's session had my son practicing riding toe side, and popping to switch stance, SAK is flexible and accommodating. A tremendous couple of days!

Dale provided me with clear, concise instruction to help me fill in the gaps in my knowledge and experience. Dale's quiet confidence in his abilities as a kiter and instructor helped boost my confidence and speed the learning process. Highly recommended.

Top notch organization and scheduling, reasonable pricing, awesome instructors, wide selection of pretty much brand new equip, good wind, not a lot of other kiters around, what's not to like? Thanks Dale, Erika and team, hopefully we'll get to kite with you more in the future!

SAK Adventures is a perfect place to study kitesurfing! The instructors are extremely professional and friendly and their location is just gorgeous. In contrast to many other schools SAK adventures let you practice in water at the first lesson which makes it really efficient and helps you get the most out of your sessions. My boyfriend and I I had a great time and will definitely continue practicing further. Thanks to this experience kitesurfing has become our new passion in life :)

Amazing kitesurf school and team. Fun and safe learning environment on in the Gorge. Erika handled coordinating all the shifting schedules and keeping things on track. I took lessons with Dale, the head instructor/owner and Edwin. The instructors provided pinpoint feedback via the radio helmet to tweak my riding. Highly recommended!

It was such a great time taking lessons in Lyle at SA Kiteboarding. The location is perfect for kiteboarding and learning to kiteboard. Dale and the instructors are great teachers and have a lot of experience riding making it easy to progress into a confident rider. I highly recommend anyone looking to take kiteboarding lessons to head out to SA Kiteboarding!

Have only good things to say about Dale and his school. I have taken a number of kiteboarding lessons from different schools. . . and Dale caught a couple of my shortcomings that no other instructor noticed. Will be taking more lessons from him.

Dale is, by far, the best instructor. Super knowledgeable and fun on the water, time spent learning from Dale was extremely valuable. The wind conditions weren’t the greatest (that happens sometimes in the Gorge) but Dale kept the lesson robust and well rounded. He offered simple fixes for errors and explained everything very well. If I couldn’t seem to wrap my head around what he was saying, he would show me what I was doing wrong and how to correct. With a calm but fun demeanor, Dale is a great instructor when you get frustrated and always keeps safety at the forefront of the entire lesson. I definitely recommend taking lessons with Dale and with SAK in general. I can’t wait to see them again this summer and take another lesson to progress my skills!

Phenomenal experience with SAK dale and his staff!! I have had multiple lessons thru this outfit and have never been disappointed!! I value their instruction as well as their lovely personalities so much I follow dale from Oregon to Florida and soon to the Grenadines!
