Being taught the fundamentals of kiteboarding by Fabio Berkmann has been a fantastic experience. He has always maintained a patient and highly encouraging approach towards his teaching, and this has helped me progress my ability at a much faster rate than I ever expected. Fabio consistently emphasises safety and proper processes, and progresses from one lesson to the next at the perfect pace. I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience because of his teaching style. Thank you Fabio.

Fabio is a very experienced and wonderful teacher. He really tapped in to my personal process. He helped me overcome my initial fear after a nasty crash. He knew exactly what to advice in any situation.

Alan did a great job with the ATC course, and was able to really share with me his extensive experience with the kite and teaching. This course really built up a lot of my knowledge of the theory behind kiting and was great to give me a deeper insight into how people learn. Alan was always happy to answer my questions and provided an excellent discovery based course.

Chris is an amazing teacher, he covered all the content in great detail, and always shows the greatest passion for the sport. The ITC was outstanding, and helped me build a better technical knowledge of the kite, and also had a excellent focus on teaching practises that is rarely seen in other courses, and definitely gave me practical skills that I could use not only for teaching kiting but in any other workplace.

The training was great. The instructors explained everything in detail and helped me understand all the basic principles of kite surfing. At the same time, I always felt safe and was able to learn all safety procedures.

Completed a one day course over 3 separate sessions with my wife, the last session done on my own (1 on 1 with the instructor). Course content and structure was excellent, however when doing combined course with another person the hands on time is significantly reduced. The last lesson was done 1 on 1 only which allowed for much better progression in one session. Would be very happy to recommend KR to friends!

Redeeming a foil lesson voucher as a present, the initial booking wasnt communicated to the team on the beach that it was a foil lesson. After 15 min of re-organisation and confirming that i had all my own equipment, i commenced the lesson with an alternative instructor than originally assigned. Accurate tips and encouragement were provided upon return to the beach only. Instructor was able to identify issues with tuning of foil and stance, progress and enthusiasm to improve was gained. Lesson ended with washing up down the beach (due to student crashing and twisting kite, unable to relaunch) Instructor left student ashore to complete pack up as late for the next student (assumed lesson was a 2 hr, not 1 hr). Over all satisfied with eh quality of the instructor, a little disappointed at the organisation of the session and provision of equipment provided; no alternative mast heights, kites, alternative means of communication. On water support could be advisable for those under foiling instruction. i.e. chase boat is a means in which safety and support could be provided over a longer distance.

Had a great day away with the KR team who arranged transport and facilities. Great teaching by instructors Scott and Jo giving me further confidence in kite skills and progressing to becoming independent. Super friendly team who were very welcoming giving a great community vibe
